Ongoing Coaching

  • Determine goals and timeline based upon initial conversations and athlete questionnaire
  • Discuss Training Methodology (Explain Periodized approach;  Define: Easy, Threshold, Repetition, Interval runs and the purpose of each)
  • Discuss viability of goals- suggest mutually agreed upon alternatives if appropriate. We can work together to set realistic and attainable goals!
  • Develop long term plan to accomplish your goals and establish stepping stones/ benchmarks/ milestones along the way.

  • Initial consultation/ Evaluation of goals
  • Ongoing coaching developed and delivered in pursuit of mutually agreed upon goals: Delivered via online training log in bi-weekly increments and customized to your progress, availability, other considerations, etc.
  • Automatic text/email alerts of your upcoming day’s workout are available
  • Access to me 24/7 via email or text- response guaranteed within 24 hours (I’ll respond asap however)
  • Access to me via a regularly scheduled in person meeting, dedicated phone call, or video conference session bi-weekly (30 min meeting/call/video session)
  • Access to the Silver Fox Athletics Facebook group. An online home to all program athletes for networking and information.
