This is Dava, and today was first race back- After a total knee replacement. Again, just for emphasis, after a total knee replacement. 5K completed, and one insanely proud coach. (And as a fellow runner, in awe of your determination and tenacity). #runlikeafox #teamaftermarket #supremebadass

She’s at is again, Silver Fox’s resident relay queen took on the Keys 100 this weekend and not only completed it, but ran negative splits in oppressive heat and was a part of a kickass team. #SweatyRunning #RunLikeaFox

Kelly is the type of athlete you could handpick as a coach. Shows up, does the work, always strives to give it her best. She’s been training for a half marathon that she raced yesterday and absolutely crushed it. Congratulations, solid performance very well earned. #ProudCoach #RunLikeAFox

She’s not racing, but 100% deserves a spotlight. Jocelyn was one of my very first athletes and even though she’s been dealt some substantial injuries that have kept her off the road, she has remained a crucial part of the heart and soul of Silver Fox Athletics. It’s become more than just a collection of coach and athletes. It’s a group of runners that are invested in their own progress as well as each other’s. Jocelyn has been a major driving force in that. She brings everyone together and lifts them up. Even though she’s not running this weekend. She is a major force in a weekend with several other “foxes” running.
